Yes, subscriptions are a flat rate ($16) and include Priority shipping via USPS.

Are there limits on how gift certificates can be spent?

Absolutely not! Gift certificates can be used as credit for subscriptions or to purchase offers directly from the marketplace.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Subscriptions ship daily (M-F, excluding major holidays). For orders purchased from the marketplace please check the roaster's profile for their roasting schedule to verify delivery days. All orders are shipped via USPS.

How do I track my package?

Tracking numbers are emailed out the same evening as your package ships. If you did not receive your tracking number or have other questions about your order please contact us.

Can shipping be upgraded?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options to ensure your package will arrive within your desired timeframe. To determine your shipping costs please proceed to the checkout.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately not at the moment however we are currently in the process of upgrading our shipping system and will soon be shipping through the USPS.

Do you ship outside the contiguous united states?

Other shipping locations are based on destination and total weight. To determine your shipping costs please proceed to the checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at this time but we are working hard to expand our delivery options to international customers as soon as possible.

We are currently accepting Paypal and all major forms of credit; visa, mastercard, american express, discover.

How are my payments secured?

Payments are secured via state of the art 256-bit SSL encryption and we never store your card number on our own servers. Credit cards used for subscriptions are stored on Paypal's secure PCI DSS compliant servers.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely, returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, new, and still in the original packaging.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping please contact us and we will investigate it immediately.
